This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:

provide financial product advice for the following classes of financial products:

deposit and payment products limited to:

basic deposit products;

deposit products other than basic deposit products;

interests in managed investment schemes including:

investor directed portfolio services;

securities;

superannuation; and

financial products limited to:

miscellaneous financial investment products limited to MDA services; and

deal in a financial product by:

issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:

(A) financial products limited to:

(1) miscellaneous financial investment products limited to MDA services; and

(ii) arranging for another person to issue, apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:

(A) superannuation; and

(iii) applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:

(A) deposit and payment products limited to:

(1) basic deposit products;

(2) deposit products other than basic deposit products;

(B) interests in managed investment schemes including:

(1) investor directed portfolio services;

(C) securities;

(D) superannuation; and

(E) financial products limited to:

(1) miscellaneous financial investment products limited to MDA services;

to retail and wholesale clients.
