Data Sources

The current MVP covers public records associated with Australian Financial Services Licences, Australian Credit Licences, Digital Currency Exchange registrations, and Remittance Provider registrations.

Records may include names, licence or registration numbers, ABN or ACN values, status, state, issue dates, licence conditions, classifications, and related public entities where available.

AFSL and credit licence records are associated with ASIC public register data. Digital Currency Exchange and Remittance Provider records are associated with AUSTRAC public register data.

AFSL Search is not the official source for any of these registers. Users should verify important information directly with ASIC or AUSTRAC.

AFSL Search may normalise names, identifiers, categories, and text formatting to make records searchable and readable.

Normalisation does not change the official legal status of a record, but displayed formatting and categories may differ from regulator websites or source files.

The footer displays the current site data update date when available. Public register data may have changed after the displayed update date.
