If you email contact@afslsearch.com, we may receive your email address, name, message content, and any information you choose to include.

We use contact emails to respond to enquiries, review data feedback, and handle support requests.

If you subscribe to licence monitoring, we collect your email address and the monitoring preference you select (a specific company, a licence type, or all changes). We store this so we can notify you when the monitoring service launches and when relevant licence changes occur.

We use your email only for licence-monitoring notifications related to this service. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing contact@afslsearch.com.

The website processes search queries to return matching public register records. Search queries may appear in server logs or operational logs used to maintain and troubleshoot the service.

Do not enter sensitive personal information into the search box unless it is necessary for your lookup.

The current MVP does not require user accounts or payment details.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous usage of the site (such as page views and which features are used). Google sets cookies to do this. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

If additional advertising tags, conversion tracking, or cookies are added later, this privacy page will be updated before those tools are enabled.

To request deletion of personal information you submitted by email, contact contact@afslsearch.com and identify the relevant message or enquiry.
