credit activities engaged in by the licensee in accordance with the terms and conditions of:
a life policy within the meaning of the Life Insurance Act 1995 that was entered into before 1 July 2010 by the licensee; or
a document issued or given by the licensee in relation to a life policy within the meaning of the Life Insurance Act 1995 that was entered into before 1 July 2010 by the licensee
