general insurance products; and

interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor directed portfolio services;

operate the following kinds of registered managed investment schemes (including the holding of any incidental property) in its capacity as responsible entity:

direct real property; and

financial assets;

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property; and

financial assets;

"64 Geh Trust" scheme (ARSN: 655 225 433),

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property; and

financial assets;

"Industrial Trust No.1" scheme (ARSN: 655 226 118),

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property; and

financial assets;

"Otc Carnarvon Unit Trust" scheme (ARSN: 655 226 789),

a scheme which only holds the following types of property:

direct real property; and

financial assets;

"Otc Karratha Unit Trust" scheme (ARSN: 655 226 921),
